Welcome to the AETORIUM

"Since I was a teenager, I’d always dreamed of being a writer, specifically a writer of epic fantasy. The scope and majesty of those stories captivated me: the cultures, the religions, the history, the geography. I knew that someday I wanted to build my own world ... But, as I started crafting my stories, I found that all my ideas were not suitable for a single world ... I came to a very scary conclusion:

A fantasy world wasn’t big enough. I needed to write a fantasy universe.

Thus, the Aetorium was born: a collection of epic fantasy series all connected by a single mythos. So far, these series include The Sum of Ages, Daughters of the Storm, Light of the Sentinels, and The Space Between.

Each of these series can stand alone, with their own unique plots, characters, and conclusions, but they build off one each other. You will see characters from one series make an appearance in another, you will see similarities in religions and mythologies, and, if you read carefully, you will find quite a few Easter eggs I’ve hidden.

It is my hope that this anthology may help you connect some of the dots and bridge some of the gaps between these series. Read whichever you like, and in whichever order you like, but know that each one is just a piece of something much greater." — Ben Schwarting
